On the occasion of International Museum Day (18th May, 2022), Archaeological Museum Sarnath organized Drawing & Quiz Competition by inviting local government as well as private schools. More than 60 nos. of students participated in this competition. At 7.30 am nearly about all the schools children of class 5th to 8th along with their teachers reached at the auditorium hall and from 8.00 am the competition for drawing & quiz were started and at 9.00 am the participants had hundred over their drawing sheets and answers papers. After minutely scrutiny by the officials of Sarnath Circle in the presence of Superintending Archaeologist selected the students who have got the highest number in this competition. Prize distribution was done in presence of Teachers & students of various schools, visitors, guest and ASI staff members of Circle, Museum and Science Branch, Sarnath.
Participation
Students from various School namely Jeevan Jyoti Higher Secondary School, Muneshwar Sardar Balika Vidyalaya, St. George Preparatory School, Sri Sankat Mochan Inter College & Universal Education Higher Secondary School etc. participated in all the events and competition.
